Membership Coordinator
A company is looking for a Part-time Membership Coordinator (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Lead communication with alumni, manage inquiries, and coordinate membership and fundraising campaigns
Support regional hub coordinators and volunteers in organizing events and managing social media efforts
Oversee technical development of the Hivebrite platform and assist in logistics for large events
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in program coordination, marketing, or communications, preferably in the non-profit or arts sector
Experience in managing events from conception to completion
Confidence in using Excel and tracking software for project management
Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to learn new tools like Mailchimp and Hivebrite
Flexibility to work approximately 5 weekends during the year
