Merchant Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Analyst to support merchant configurations and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Set up and configure merchant programs and new locations within the platform Facilitate initial credit card onboarding for new merchants and maintain integrations with POS systems Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or the restaurant/retail industry Experience with payment processing, POS systems, or software integrations is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Front, or other ticketing systems is a plus
