Key Responsibilities Oversee and administer the Children's Services Legal Division within the Bureau of Legal Affairs Manage legal research, analysis, and litigation issues related to the Children's Services Agency Ensure compliance with federal and state statutes, regulations, and administrative rules for the Children's Services Administration Agency Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major Two years of experience as a professional manager or program/staff specialist, or equivalent experience Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan Alternate education and experience may be considered as specified in the job description
