Key Responsibilities Lead policy development and implementation to improve health equity through a Health in All Policies approach Manage cross-sector partnerships and provide technical assistance to address social determinants of health Oversee grants and initiatives that integrate health considerations into decision-making across government and community systems Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major Three years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service Experience in policy development or public health is preferred Ability to manage partnerships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Knowledge of social determinants of health and community health strategies
