Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage and nurture a portfolio of approximately 20 dynamic, predominantly US-based Mid-Market accounts. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships by understanding clients' unique goals and aligning creative solutions to support their growth Drive success and adoption by working closely with onboarding and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and training Ensure retention and growth by monitoring account health, proactively preventing risks, and identifying opportunities for expansion Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Creative fields, or a related discipline 5+ years of customer-facing experience in account management or customer success, preferably within Creative/Ad Agencies or SaaS environments Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive customer success in a remote environment Deep understanding of marketing, creative operations, and business growth strategies Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Planhat is a plus
