Key Responsibilities Conduct intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning while engaging in client therapy practices Form therapeutic alliances to support client needs and goals, impacting outcomes positively Engage in crisis interventions and document all client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral Degree in Behavioral Science or a related field, or in final months of a Master's program In process of working toward independent licensure or possess an active clinical license as a Pre-Independently Licensed Therapist in Minnesota Basic understanding of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid model with a distraction-free home office Eligibility to enroll as a provider in the Medicare program or ability to terminate opt-out prior to starting the position
