A company is looking for a Mission Assistance Rep to provide essential services to field staff and volunteers. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service support to donors, parents, and Young Life staff through phone and email interactions Perform data management tasks, including quality control on donor information and database maintenance Assist with mission services support, including mail sorting and processing financial services tasks Required Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or GED Some customer service experience preferred Ability to work with highly technical software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Desire to learn, help others, and serve as a resource
