Missouri Licensed Complaints Specialist
A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist II to document and address customer complaints and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
Document issues and responses to ensure regulatory compliance and support investigations to determine root causes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and support the development of handling procedures
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience required
Vocational or technical education may be preferred
Customer service experience, especially in de-escalating calls, is preferred
Knowledge of Medicare rules and guidelines is highly preferred
