Key Responsibilities Represent clients in workers' compensation litigation, focusing on settlement and assisting with discovery, trial, and appeal Provide legal advice to claims personnel and policyholders, and facilitate the efficient disposition of assigned cases Prepare legal documents, conduct research, and attend legal proceedings, including mediations and hearings Required Qualifications Juris Doctor Degree, licensed in Kansas and/or Missouri Minimum of one year of experience in trial, administrative hearings, appellate, or workers' compensation Valid driver's license required Ability to attend continuing legal education seminars to maintain professional expertise
