A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage high exposure disputes and litigation, including trials and appeals Provide legal advice on complex matters and negotiate settlements for workers' compensation claims Conduct legal research, prepare complex legal documents, and present legal defense strategies Required Qualifications Juris Doctor Degree and licensed to practice law in Missouri; Illinois license is a plus A minimum of eight years of experience in law, focusing on insurance and/or workers' compensation law Experience managing complex legal issues and litigation Ability to independently conduct depositions and prepare legal documents Experience in providing legal advice and building relationships with internal clients
