MN Licensed Quality Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor- Quality and Education - CDI. Key Responsibilities Supervises a team to support inpatient and outpatient CDI and coding education Develops and evaluates education plans based on data analysis and compliance risks Analyzes documentation trends and collaborates with stakeholders to improve performance outcomes Required Qualifications A.A./A.S. in nursing, HIM, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience 3 years of applicable business-related experience Thorough knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations and regulatory requirements MN Registered Nurse (RN) License or relevant certifications (CCDS, CDIP, RHIA, RHIT) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
