Mobility Specialist
A company is looking for a Mobility Specialist to support the relocation process for corporate transferees and families in California or Arizona. Key Responsibilities: Counsels transferees on policy benefits Coordinates household goods services and family services Counsels and assists transferees with expense submission Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in the relocation industry Computer literacy with MS Office products and ability to learn proprietary software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of care and urgency
