A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist to ensure compliance with federal and state disclosure requirements in the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare initial application packets and ensure compliance with disclosure time requirements Process Change of Circumstances and manage turndown and withdrawn files Prepare and deliver Closing Disclosures while maintaining positive relationships with title companies Required Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Previous office experience in customer service or administration preferred Experience preparing mortgage disclosure documents is preferred Proficiency in office procedures and Microsoft Office Applications or equivalent software Sound judgment and high level of accuracy required
