Key Responsibilities Train and coach Purchase Coordinators to assist prospects in the pre-approval process Document and track team progress, implementing coaching strategies and managing performance Prepare and analyze daily reporting metrics and monitor calls for quality assurance Required Qualifications 1-2 years of outbound call center experience, with consideration for internal candidates At least 1 year of mortgage experience and 1 year of recent sales experience Supervisory or team lead experience preferred Familiarity with reporting and analytics, as well as troubleshooting technical issues High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
