Regional Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Regional Manager of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance performance and customer outcomes
Drive customer retention and account growth through proactive engagement and strategic planning
Ensure consistent execution of Customer Success processes and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment (cloud, SaaS, networking preferred)
Proven track record in customer retention and account growth
Strong coaching and people management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
