MRT Supervisor
A company is looking for a MRT Supervisor to lead a team of ROI specialists and manage workflow for multiple accounts. Key Responsibilities Distribute daily workflow and provide real-time feedback to the MRT Team Track and ensure remote access for MRT staff and facilitate onboarding for new clients Extract and format data for MRT processing and monitor bot tasks for accuracy Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred At least four years of experience in medical records management, preferably in healthcare Understanding of HIPAA and state regulations for Protected Health Information (PHI) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Technically savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows
