Multi-State Accounts Receivable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute collections efforts to reduce outstanding accounts and ensure timely collection of overdue invoices Review customer invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies while assisting customers with billing inquiries Process customer payments and maintain compliance with multi-state collection regulations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Proven experience in collections with a successful track record in recovering payments Strong understanding of multi-state collection compliance and regulations Experience in processing cash payments and managing financed accounts Proficient in Excel and relevant industry tools for invoicing and payment processing Experience with Service Titan in the home service industry is preferred
