Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales financial targets, including annual, quarterly, and monthly revenues and gross profits
Define and implement a sales strategy that accelerates market penetration and customer loyalty across B2C and B2B segments
Build, manage, and develop a productive, cost-effective, and scalable sales organization
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of sales leadership experience
Experience in sales force management
Background in the lighting and interiors category, including product specifications and contract distribution
Experience in eCommerce, preferably related to furnishings
Demonstrated ability to define and manage technology-enabled sales processes
