Network Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Network Operations Analyst to ensure high standards in network management through quality checks and training.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-the-spot training sessions and develop tailored training materials
Perform regular quality checks and audits, documenting and reporting quality issues
Utilize ServiceNow and Excel for tracking, reporting, and analyzing quality performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role focused on training and development
Preferred background in networking and IT, with Network+ or beginner CCNA knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise-level ticketing systems
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables and data manipulation
Good understanding of ITIL framework and operations processes
