Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls regarding benefits and clarify plans' policies and procedures
Actively listen to customer needs and provide resolutions to their inquiries
Navigate multiple systems to ensure accurate information and escalate complaints as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
6 months of customer service experience
At least 1 year of Call Center experience preferred
Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
Successful completion of a customer service assessment & typing test
