Network Technician Tier 2
A company is looking for a Network Technician 2.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and manage customer escalations
Troubleshoot network issues and perform proactive monitoring
Mentor Tier 1 technicians and produce technical support documentation
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role
Experience with network monitoring software and core TCP/IP networking skills
Knowledge of IP and Optical networks, including IPv4, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
Preferred certifications include JNCIA or CCNA
Experience in a shift work environment (24x7x365)
