A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries and policy needs
Share expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling
Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently address customer questions and concerns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet connection
