Key Responsibilities
Maximize customer retention and expand digital usage at existing accounts
Assist faculty with the implementation and integration of digital solutions
Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute retention and expansion strategies
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree
2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or tech product support
Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms
