Key Responsibilities Provides customer-friendly services, engaging individuals in an empathic manner Develops and maintains peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes Responds promptly to service requests and inquiries from various parties Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent At least three years of active duty service or equivalent experience in a combat zone Demonstrated ability to use a computer for recording services and office functions Ability to work independently and as part of a team May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
