A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist III to provide person-centered support and services to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities Provide customer-friendly services and engage individuals in an empathic manner Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries from various parties Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required At least three (3) years of experience caring for older adults with dementia or significant medical issues Two (2) years of experience working with dementia patients and their families Demonstrated ability to use a computer for recording services Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
