New York Licensed Employment Counsel
A company is looking for an Employment Litigation Counsel to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a legal advisor on employment litigation and disputes involving US federal, state, and local employment laws
Provide legal expertise to resolve complex employee relations and litigation matters
Develop and manage outside counsel relationships and support dispute resolution for employment-related claims
Required Qualifications
Law Degree / Juris Doctor
Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment litigation as an attorney
Experience assessing collective wage and hour claims and worker classifications
Experience advising on and conducting HR investigations
