A company is looking for an Income Specialist to pre-qualify loan applicants and assess their financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-depth reviews of loan applications and documentation Evaluate borrower income, assets, and liabilities based on lending guidelines Communicate findings and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant field preferred NMLS License under the S.A.F.E.
