NOC Support Technician
A company is looking for a NOC Support Technician to enhance their Network Operations Center team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot customers' network environments for optimal performance
Identify issues proactively and resolve incidents while providing technical support
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with network, LAN/WAN design, and SAN support
Experience with Managed Service Provider environments, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems
Strong working knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, A+, and Network+
Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a plus
