Non-Drive Setup Specialist

A company is looking for a Non-Drive Set Up Specialist. Key Responsibilities Locate and secure non-drivable vehicles and manage vehicle assignments Coordinate with shops and tow yards regarding vehicle repairs and send repair instructions Document and update vehicle repair statuses and assist with related administrative tasks Required Qualifications High School diploma required Minimum three (3) years of Customer Service experience Basic to mid-level automotive knowledge Familiarity with PC and basic computer skills including Windows Understanding of Fleet, Vehicle or Collision Repair, Subrogation, and/or Risk Management is a plus
