A company is looking for a Triage Nurse - Remote Contact Center. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and direct patients efficiently while adhering to service level agreements Perform clinical assessments and provide medical advice following established guidelines Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record system Required Qualifications 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency or telephonic triage settings Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of North Carolina Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills via telephone Basic computer literacy and ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
