Key Responsibilities Manage and service a high volume of small employee benefits accounts independently Act as the primary contact for clients, providing technical expertise and support on compliance topics Oversee the renewal and marketing processes for benefit products, including client communications and documentation Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry or related field Preferred college degree Must hold or be willing to obtain a life and disability insurance license Experience with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
