OEM Support Representative
A company is looking for an OEM Support Representative/Triage.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, documenting their needs and ensuring effective problem resolution
Conduct thorough qualification processes with callers, gathering necessary information and determining appropriate next steps
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining performance metrics related to call quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of customer service and high-volume call center experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with online customer management systems
Strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bilingual communication skills are a plus
