Office Apps Customer Engineer
A company is looking for an Office Apps Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support and assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing MS Office Apps initiatives
Act as the primary technical contact, providing advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers
Conduct product workshops, health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of expertise in O365 Office Apps, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management, including SCCM and Intune
5 years of experience in software support or IT consulting with enterprise customers
Understanding of ITIL/Service Management or project management methodologies
