Key Responsibilities Delivers and facilitates various training programs for clinical and administrative staff Identifies learning objectives and develops appropriate training programs using diverse delivery formats Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and defines measurable results Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare administration, education, or related field 3 years of progressive experience in health plan case management or utilization review, including training and curriculum development Current, unrestricted license in Ohio as an RN, LPN, LISW, or LSW Certification in Case Management, Training, Project Management, or a nationally recognized healthcare certification preferred Strong knowledge of clinical management programs and health plan operations
