Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Manager
A company is looking for a Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and oversee medication procurement and dispensing Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain pharmacy operational policies Manage associate relations functions including hiring, scheduling, and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field; advanced degree preferred At least two years of progressively responsible experience in pharmacy, including one year in a supervisory role Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy and a valid RPh License Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and business/finance processes Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and services
