A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Scientist - Global Biomarker Lead, Oncology Clinical Biomarkers. Key Responsibilities Develop and drive clinical biomarker strategies for oncology clinical studies Formulate testable hypotheses for patient stratification and pharmacodynamics based on clinical trial samples Manage biomarker elements in clinical protocols, regulatory submissions, and publications while fostering collaborations with external partners Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 6 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of industry experience in oncology clinical biomarkers Preferred: Doctorate degree (PhD and/or MD) with 4+ years of industry experience in oncology disease biology Experience with pharmacodynamic and predictive biomarkers in clinical settings Clinical development experience with cross-functional teams in clinical trials Proficiency in biomarker assay development and collaboration with academic labs and CROs
