Key Responsibilities Manage overall performance of travel operations, including client servicing and employee management Act as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and operational staff Provide feedback, coaching, and development to team members through regular meetings and performance reviews Required Qualifications Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry Proficiency in Amadeus GDS Prior experience in budget and cost management Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Availability during hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT
