Sales Enablement Program Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager, ALM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional enablement projects to develop and deliver effective sales training assets focused on ALM/Codebeamer solutions
Establish partnerships with Segment groups and secure essential subject matter expert resources
Leverage data to provide actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement
Experience in designing engaging sales content and training programs at scale
Strong project management skills defining key performance indicators and managing dependencies
Experience in a global or multi-national organization is preferred
