A company is looking for a Medical Consultant Reviewer On-Call specializing in Psychiatry for Adolescence. Key Responsibilities Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based medicine to make timely decisions on clinical peer reviews Interact with attending physicians regarding potential decertification and related matters Provide timely subject matter expertise and support to clinical reviewers, case managers, and consultants Required Qualifications Active, current, valid, and unrestricted M.D. or D.O license in Oregon or ability to obtain one Board certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Psychiatry - Adolescence At least 7 years of medical practice experience Competency to render clinical opinions as determined by the National Medical Director or designee Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
