A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Navigator (QMHA) to coordinate care for behavioral health needs remotely in Oregon. Key Responsibilities Connect members with behavioral health and community resources to ensure coordinated care Monitor progress of care coordination plans and document case records Assist the clinical services team with care management and utilization management duties as needed Required Qualifications Two years of experience in healthcare administration or case management Strong knowledge of community resources, including behavioral health providers High School diploma or equivalent; QMHA certification or ability to obtain required Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites software Bilingual in Spanish preferred
