Part-Time Technical Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Part Time Technical Support Specialist: Nights.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various communication methods
Document and prioritize incidents and requests, managing their resolution and communication
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and routine maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Strong knowledge of desktop applications and operating systems, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and related user management tasks
1-3 years of experience in a service desk or similar IT support role preferred
