Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with high-level donors to cultivate relationships and develop donor profiles Support the design, development, and evaluation of proposals for funding opportunities Provide strategic insights and identify potential collaborators for resource mobilization Required Qualifications A Master's degree in social science, political science, international relations, or related fields; a Bachelor's degree with additional experience may be acceptable A minimum of 7 years of experience in proposal design, partnership development, or grant management Experience with Official Development Assistance (ODA) agencies, large foundations, or international development banks Strong network of active donor contacts is an asset Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus
