A company is looking for a PEC Patient Engagement Center Senior Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Patient Engagement Center team and ensure effective use of resources Oversee and mentor PEC Advocates and Team Leads, promoting a positive work environment and measuring performance Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental goals and deliver world-class patient care Required Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a high-volume call center or medical office 2+ years of equivalent experience may be considered if educational requirements are not met Ability to work varying shifts, including early mornings and evenings Experience in handling escalation calls and managing team performance Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant laws and regulations
