Key Responsibilities
Lead analytical support functions for the Patient Relations Manager cohort and manage patient attrition reviews
Drive analytics and reporting to inform strategies for improving patient retention initiatives
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align retention initiatives with organizational goals
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar fields
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and strategic planning
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides, Alteryx, and SQL
Interest or experience in healthcare and value-based care
Ability to manage and develop early-career professionals
