Patient Experience Coordinator
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outbound calls promptly and professionally, following established procedures Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is desirable Proficiency in using electronic health record software and relevant computer applications Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and professionalism Previous experience using EHR systems (Athena preferred)
