Patient Relations Specialist
A company is looking for a Patient Relations Specialist to join their contact center team. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments in NextGen Document patient requests and pertinent information via Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Coordinate work efforts with team members to maintain efficient workflow Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a call center or as a receptionist preferred Healthcare experience preferred Prior experience with NextGen software or other EMR is preferred Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
