A company is looking for a Payment Specialist to oversee payment-related operations and support customer needs. Key Responsibilities Educate prospective customers on processing rates and assist new customers during the implementation process Build strong relationships with existing customers and manage inquiries related to payment processing Manage prospect database and account plans while collaborating with the executive team to minimize customer attrition Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Experience in payment processing, merchant services, and financial services Familiarity with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations is a plus Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
