A company is looking for a Foster Home Recruitment Specialist. Key Responsibilities Engage and recruit potential foster and kinship parents through various community outreach efforts Educate the community on the need for foster parents, focusing on specialized populations Support families through the certification process by providing necessary training and guidance Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Service or a related field preferred 2 years or more of recruitment/marketing or foster care experience, especially in relevant fields Experience within the foster care system and knowledge of Colorado State Rules and Regulations preferred Valid Driver's license with a clean record and current auto insurance Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks; SAFE Certification can be completed upon hire
