Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Administers and analyzes compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans
Performs market research and assists in setting pay structures and job evaluations
Creates reporting to identify trends and forecasts compensation costs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
Two years of analytic or Human Resource experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience with HR information systems; Workday experience preferred
