Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert counsel on compensation issues to management and HR staff
Conduct job analysis for FLSA exemption and salary grade assignment
Design and administer short-term variable pay programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or accounting preferred
5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced knowledge of compensation practices and FLSA regulations
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Workday or other human capital management technology solutions preferred
