Payment Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Payment Support Specialist to assist service professionals with payment-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding payment issues, including account security and high-risk transactions
Assist in troubleshooting technical errors and provide support for chargeback prevention and evidence collection
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate insights and improve processes related to payments
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or sales
Experience with Salesforce and Stripe or similar merchant service providers
Tech support experience is preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
