Payroll Manager - International
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager - International & Domestic Operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries using third-party vendors, EORs, and outsourced payroll service providers Administer U.S. payroll through Paylocity and coordinate with global payroll partners for accurate processing Manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including audits and taxation of equity compensation Requirements: 10+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll and working with EORs and third-party payroll providers Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll tax laws, particularly regarding equity transactions Proven experience leading 401(k) and workers' compensation audits Hands-on experience with Paylocity, Fidelity, and NetSuite Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPP certification is a plus
